- Location: 2706 Lineville Rd, Green Bay, WI 54313
- FTE Status: Full-Time, 0.75 FTE (30 hours/week)
- Work Schedule: Day shifts, Monday-Friday, between 6:30am-5:30pm (shifts range between 4-10 hours in length)

✨We are looking for collaborative & compassionate LPNs/Medical Assistants to join our team! Our small & close-knit team is dedicated to providing top-notch, patient centered care to the families of the Howard-Suamico School District, where patient experience is top of mind!✨
Responsible for care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about care or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
- LPNs: Wisconsin LPN license required.
- Medical Assistants: AAMA/CCMA certification required at time of hire, or within 3 months of hire if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
- Valid WI driver's license required.
- Previous clinic experience preferred.
