What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Clinic RN / Team Facilitator position at Emplify Health?
The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) Team Facilitator is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.
The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Responsible for executing and maintaining high quality standards of nursing care and or personal performance; accountability for department operations.
Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
Qualifications:- Wisconsin RN license required.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred. (Note: The Bachelor’s degree may be required for identified RN positions as indicated by an asterisk. For those specified areas/positions, the requirement may only be waived for existing Diploma and Associate Degree in Nursing RNs as determined by leadership.)
- Leadership/supervisor experience preferred.
