The Warehouse Receiving Lead is responsible for handling all incoming Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders, making sure everything is processed correctly as well as keeping our inventory 99% accurate for all received items.

Compensation: $23/hour
Responsibilities:
- Receive/process all Purchase Orders and other inbound shipments.
- Monitor and manage all components of the receiving:
- Purchase Orders work is properly completed.
- Inbound bin cleared.
- All documentation completed/submitted.
- Inventory put away correctly.
- Correctly create/process/verify all steps of Distribution Center transfers.
- Properly file and maintain all Purchase Orders related forms and documents.
- Resolve any Purchase Orders-related questions or issues as quickly as possible.
- Take an active role in bi-weekly meetings with market leadership.
- Assist with normal warehouse activities as needed (loading, cycle counts, replenishment, etc.).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Management experience preferred.
- Computer skills (D365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and other equipment as needed.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75lbs as required.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends if necessary.
