Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Foreman or lead role located in Irvine, CA. The Foreman will be responsible for managing and supervising construction and reconstruction projects, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to high standards. Daily tasks include overseeing carpentry and maintenance activities, operating heavy equipment as necessary, and ensuring clear and respectful communication between team members and stakeholders. The Foreperson will also ensure safety protocols are followed and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and project coordination
- Experience with Carpentry and Maintenance tasks in construction or reconstruction settings
- Ability to operate and manage Heavy Equipment effectively and safely
- Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- A commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards and best practices
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the construction/reconstruction industry is preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $68,000
