The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. This is a hybrid inside and outside sales role — you’ll be handling inbound leads, prospecting new clients, quoting solutions, and managing relationships through the full sales cycle.
You’ll work closely with our quoting team and engineers to craft proposals, follow up on opportunities, and close deals. Commission is uncapped, and your hustle will be rewarded.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound leads and develop outbound strategies to grow our customer base
- Provide quotes and close deals for TV system installations and services
- Visit prospective clients onsite (travel as needed)
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Work hand-in-hand with project management and operations to ensure client success
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience (telecom, technology, or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to quote and sell technical solutions (we’ll train you on the product)
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Self-starter, confident, and not afraid to chase a lead
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite client meetings
