Utility Technician - Join Our Growing Team!

We are seeking a skilled Utility Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our critical utility systems and production equipment. You'll play a key role in preventative maintenance, repairs, and supporting our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform timely preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, compressors, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair utility systems efficiently.
• Support and guide team members during your shift.
• Assist with shift schedules and attendance management.
• Prioritize daily tasks and address urgent issues effectively.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
• Contribute to and support preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing utility systems (boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.) and production equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
