Senior HR Generalist – Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Location: Motley, MN
Salary: $59,280 – $80,000
Shift: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for Operations, ensuring consistent application of company policies, procedures, and programs.
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including job postings, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified talent.
- Conduct employee onboarding and training; support leadership with performance monitoring in alignment with company standards.
- Maintain employee records, complete employment-related documentation, and conduct exit interviews.
- Administer benefit programs and provide guidance to employees; may conduct open enrollment sessions.
- Partner with leadership to address performance issues and support supervisors in employee counseling.
- Review and manage leaves of absence and accommodations; ensure ADA compliance and coordinate with Worker's Compensation as needed.
- Facilitate the performance review process to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Stay updated on Federal, State, and Local employment laws; recommend policy and procedure updates as needed.
- Work closely with plant leadership to ensure compliance with hiring, corrective action, safety, FSQA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Deliver employee training as needed and assist with investigations.
- Process timecards, payroll reports, time off requests, and other HR administrative tasks as required.
- Perform other related duties depending on location and business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 2 years in Employee Relations, Policy Administration, Compliance, or similar.
- Previous Generalist experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, and speak).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification is a plus.
