As a Product Manager, you’ll oversee the product portfolio, drive product success, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your responsibilities include leading development initiatives, analyzing market trends, partnering with sales teams, and fostering strong industry connections.
Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Wausau, WI
Pay: $70,000-$100,000
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
What’s the Job?
- Manage the Product Delivery Cycle (PDC) and define value propositions to guide product development.
- Perform market research, develop pricing strategies, and segment customers to shape product planning and positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare launch assets and deliver training sessions for new product introductions.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback while providing support to technical and warranty teams to ensure product satisfaction.
What’s Needed?
- 4-6 years product manager experience or similar positions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Availability to travel between 50-70% of the time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, engineers, fellow Product Managers, warranty teams, and testing partners.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive amid shifting priorities and dynamic conditions.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
- Collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and promotes a positive work culture.
- High mechanical aptitude to understand technical aspects of products and processes.
- Able to perform product demonstrations for heavy equipment.
