What will you be doing?
- Organizing and managing the schedules of 4–5 field service technicians.
- Dispatching technicians to customer sites based on priority and availability.
- Communicating daily plans and adjustments to the service team.
- Ordering and tracking spare parts/materials required by technicians.
- Placing orders with our international partners for spare parts.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers.
- Assisting in resolving basic technical issues (electrical and mechanical) in collaboration with technicians.
- Providing regular updates and reporting on service operations, parts, and customer issues.
What do you bring?
- Experience in a related field (Service Technician, Field Tech, etc.)
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proactive skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and detailed oriented.
- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems (basic troubleshooting ability is a plus)
- Proficient with office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, planning tools).

Pay: $30.00 per hour
