About the Position:
As the Executive Director, you will provide strategic leadership across all operational, educational, compliance, and administrative functions within our OU.LOCATION School. You will work closely with both cosmetology students and staff to ensure an exceptional educational experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all school operations, actively participating in the student admissions and enrollment process, and directly managing students, staff, salon clients, and community partnerships. Additionally, you will conduct orientations, advise students, complete classroom observations, maintain student and staff records, and address any issues related to school operations.
This position requires flexibility that may include working two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month.
