We’re looking for a driven, full-time Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple fast-paced brands in real estate, events, and business coaching — with the chance to shape a brand-new media company from the ground up.
You’ll manage digital marketing strategy and execution across the board — from Google Ads to SEO, email campaigns to content editing — and get in early on something with real long-term potential.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Build and execute SEO/SEM strategies
- Update and maintain WordPress/Squarespace websites
- Build landing pages, simple funnels, and email sequences
- Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Track and report metrics with Google Analytics / Search Console
- Collaborate directly with the founder on brand and content strategy
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Familiar with Google Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
- Comfortable editing video content (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Website skills (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
- Self-starter, strong communicator, creative thinker
- Bonus: experience in real estate, events, or service-based businesses
