About the Position:
We are currently seeking a CUSTOM.STATUS Customer Service Coordinator for our OU.LOCATION School. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be delivering high levels of customer service to our students, customers, and guests. Responsibilities include greeting salon guests, managing the reception area, routing calls, data entry, managing the Point of Sale, and mentoring assigned students. Additional responsibilities include assisting with orientation, open houses, and other admissions-related activities.
