Returns Clerk (Forklift Certified)Location: Ontario, CASchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMPay Rate: $20.00/ $20.00 per hourPosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Returned Item Program Coordinator to support and manage our returned item process. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy with paperwork, and the ability to create and maintain electronic documentation, including taking and organizing photos using a mobile device. Forklift experience is required, as this role will involve operating material handling equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support the returned item programAccurately complete and maintain paperwork and documentation related to returned itemsCapture clear electronic documentation, including photos taken via mobile phoneOrganize and upload documentation into designated systems or filesSafely operate forklifts to move, stage, and inspect returned itemsVerify returned items for accuracy, condition, and completenessMaintain detailed records and report discrepancies or damagesFollow all safety procedures, operational guidelines, and compliance standardsCommunicate effectively with supervisors regarding issues or exceptionsQualifications & SkillsForklift experience required:Cherry PickerClamp ForkliftMust be certified or able to pass forklift certification and evaluationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable handling paperwork and electronic recordsAbility to take clear photos using a smartphone and upload/store them accuratelyBasic computer skills (email, file management, documentation systems)Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions closelyPrevious experience in returns processing, inventory control, warehouse documentation, or administrative support is a plus???????#ZRCompany DescriptionOur goal at Empire Workforce Solutions is to enrich people’s lives by connecting them with meaningful employment.
