Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up roll-off containers, portable toilets, and commercial dumpsters accounts to businesses and contractors. Your mission is to drive new account growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored waste and sanitation solutions. This is a high-impact position with commission paid on every new account you bring in — offering uncapped earning potential for top performers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Execute targeted cold calling and in-person visits to generate quality leads and convert them into active accounts.
- Deliver compelling presentations and service overviews that clearly demonstrate value and ROI to prospective customers.
- Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage leads, track sales activity, and report performance.
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional containers, services, or long-term contracts to grow account value.
- Partner with sales leadership to refine sales strategies and maximize territory potential.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups to expand your client base.
Experience & Skills
- Proven success in commission-based sales with a record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience in B2B service sales, preferably in waste management, sanitation, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Confident in delivering persuasive and results-oriented product/service presentations.
