What You’ll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for service needs
- Coordinate with parts and service teams to manage repairs, labor, and sublet work
- Open and process work orders, ensuring accuracy for retail and warranty jobs
- Communicate repair updates clearly and promptly to customers
- Support daily operations in both Parts and Service departments
- Work alongside a skilled team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in a Parts and/or Service support role (automotive, equipment, or heavy truck dealership preferred)
- Retail experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of dealership or truck industry terminology (or a willingness to learn quickly)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a talent for building relationships
- A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is eager to learn
