Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Parts Manager with strong customer communications skills and a self-starter/quick learner to lead the Parts team in Columbus, Mississippi.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with technical support
- Meet and greet the public in a professional manner
- Effectively lead the team to success
- Set and meet profitability goals
- Work closely with Parts and Service personnel to provide an excellent customer experience
- Become proficient in repair order and parts invoice generation and processing
- Demonstrate the value of our Company to current and prospective customers
- Manage assets such as tools, parts inventory, and equipment
- Maintain facilities to Empire standards
- Recruit and train additional staff members to accommodate growth
- At least two (2) years of experience working in a heavy equipment/truck or automotive Parts Department
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be considered instead of education
- Previous Parts and/or Service background required
- Proficient use of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
- Must be a Hands-On leader
- Highly Energetic, Motivated, Organized hard worker
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer centric mentality
- Strong Ability to Motivate and Influence others
