We want technicians with hands-on experience in:
- Heavy trucks, equipment, or fleet maintenance
- Rental/leasing fleets, forklifts, generators, or automobiles
- Motorcycles, tire service, oil changes, or similar industries

- Prior experience and/or formal education in diesel truck, vehicle, or equipment repair is required
- Experience with Freightliner, Detroit, or Cummins engine repair is a strong plus
- DTNA training and certifications are highly valued
- Must supply standard diesel technician tools
- Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and diagnostic software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues
- Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
- Class A CDL with a valid medical card is preferred but not required
- Motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Must be able to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
