What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Empire Tax Professionals?
We are currently seeking an experienced and an organized Admin Assistant to join our team and support our CEO. This role requires someone who can work primarily in person, with occasional online or remote tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Manage CEO's email correspondence.
- Make phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Proficient use of Asana for task management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with exposure to marketing tasks.
- Familiarity with Asana for task organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
- Must be local and available for in-person work most of the time, with flexibility for occasional remote tasks
We’re specifically looking for someone who is physically available to work on-site with the CEO regularly.
