Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in New York, NY. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Tasks
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and managing high-level schedules
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
Compensation
- $18 - $20 /hour for first 90 days.
- Opportunity for full time role starting at $45,000 - $50,000.
- Discretionary end of year bonus.
