Job Description: As the General Manager of Empire Social Lounge - Las Olas (Pre-Opening), you will play a pivotal role in the establishment's early success. Your visionary leadership will guide our dedicated team through the pre-opening phase, ensuring all aspects of the launch are meticulously planned and executed. You will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of a luxurious and sophisticated ambiance, set up the POS system and menus, and oversee the receiving of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE). Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring and training the opening team to deliver impeccable service and ensure a seamless launch.
Key Pre-Opening Responsibilities:
FFE and Set-Up: Oversee the receiving and installation of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment, ensuring a luxurious and inviting ambiance for guests.
Hiring and Training: Recruit and train a dedicated opening team, instilling a culture of excellence and teamwork from the outset.
POS and Menus: Collaborate with the management team to set up the POS system and develop exquisite menus that reflect the Empire Social Lounge brand.
Pre-Opening Marketing: Assist the marketing team in creating buzz and anticipation for the new location's grand opening.
Quality Control: Ensure all pre-opening tasks are executed with attention to detail, adhering to the company's high standards.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in high-end hospitality, luxury bars, or similar establishments.
Passion: Genuine passion and knowledge of premium cigars, rare whiskeys, and the luxury experience.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team to achieve excellence.
