Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and prospective tenants
- Prepare and organize essential documentation (leases, rental applications, payment records, etc.)
- Create and maintain property listings with accurate details (location, square footage, features)
- Promote rental properties through multiple listing services (MLS) and targeted advertisements
- Conduct property showings and guide clients through the rental process
- Inspect properties and coordinate necessary maintenance on behalf of clients
- Assess clients’ financial qualifications and match them to suitable rental options
- Assist clients with application submissions and lease signings
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with all real estate laws and MLS regulations
- Uphold the ethical standards of Empire Property Management and the real estate industry
Qualifications
- Active real estate license (required)
- 2 years of experience in real estate or property management (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Smartphone capability to manage daily tasks via mobile apps
