Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with client communication and day-to-day project needs
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations
- Coordinate internally with design, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution
- Track orders, timelines, and project milestones from order placement through installation
- Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to confirm product specifications, pricing, and lead times
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems accordingly
- Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and installations
- Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Help identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure a smooth client experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Interior Design, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in commercial furniture, design, or workplace solutions preferred
