What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare parts and materials for industrial coatings
- Sandblast and hand-prep surfaces for paint application
- Mix coatings according to manufacturer specifications
- Apply industrial coatings using the appropriate equipment and techniques
- Measure blast profiles along with wet and dry film thickness
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Maintain equipment and keep your work area clean and organized
- Safely handle materials and dispose of hazardous waste according to company procedures
- Help improve processes by suggesting better tools or equipment
- Support teammates and assist with additional projects as needed
- Experience with industrial painting, blasting, or coating applications preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, scissor lifts, and similar equipment
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
