Equipment Requirements

• Straight Truck (Dry Box) under 26,000 GVWR.
• 2016 or newer.
• Straps and Pallet Jack Required.
• Liftgate Required.
• Dock Height Required.
• Must operate under Empire Expedited Inc. authority.
• If the owner has an active MC#, it must be fully deactivated prior to proceeding, as all units must operate exclusively under Empire Expedited Inc. authority.
• Empire Expedited Only run with apportioned tags. We can work with your own plates as long as it's apportioned and we need to be set as Motor Carrier Responsible for Safety or you can issue them through us.
