We are seeking a highly motivated Allocations Coordinator / Pricing Analyst
Assist Business Management Department with the coordination of duties including but not limited to product allocation methods, compliance, and business analytics with respect to pricing and allocation. Responsible for maintaining and communicating allocation methods along with drawing conclusions and making recommendations to management based on an appropriate course of action by analyzing sales data, pricing figures, industry related data, and any other sources of information.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS
- Creates, loads, maintains, and communicates allocation related information, as necessary.
- Communicates the monthly allocation info to Salesforce as well as posting on EMN Website
- Maintains the material allocation list including closeout & inventory reduction management by ensuring timely entry, tracking and submission to the NYSLA to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Perform data audits and comparisons to ensure all records are in sync.
- Maintains other condition records when required.
- Research and analyzes discrepancies identified or submitted for review.
- Prepare reports as requested.
- Interacts across various departments to address and resolve issues, requests, & questions.
- Enters or uploads submitted pricing and discount allowance structures into the price posting system as needed for select suppliers.
- Maintain and Distribute Monthly Pricing exception reports.
- Completes all necessary training programs by attending, participating, and passing all required tests as defined by management. (e.g., FOCUS MARKETING, ANALYTICAL TRAINING).
- Maintains and keeps accurate records in accordance with document retention policies.
- Maintains customer and supplier confidence by keeping appropriate information confidential.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Education, Certifications, and/or licenses:
Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent training and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
3 to 4 years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Financial, marketing or business analyst experience; consumer packaged goods or data provider (e.g., IRI, Nielsen) background a plus
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer systems.
