We are seeking a reliable couple for a full-time commercial cleaning position.
Schedule:
- One office: 8 hours per night, Monday through Friday, starting after 6:00 p.m.
- Two additional nearby locations: 1 hour each, Monday through Friday.
A couple is preferred, with each person working:
- 4 hours per night at the main office, plus
- 30 minutes at each of the two additional locations.
Commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Applicants must be dependable, detail-oriented, and authorized to work in the United States.

Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following established protocols
- Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing surfaces
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to ensure thorough cleaning results
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required during all cleaning activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning roles preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and procedures
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus
- Ability to pass background checks, drug testing and adhere to safety guidelines
Pay: From $3,084.00 per month
