Role Description
We are on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Product Development Manager to join our innovative team. In this role,The Product Development Manager, in partnership with the Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer, will drive brand and company valuation through short and long term innovation, renovation and optimization across the Table Trust Brands portfolio. This role will manage the innovation and renovation product development and commercialization activities and assist in innovation concept development, consumer research, and co-manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Expertise in Market Research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive insights
- Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) processes and innovation methodologies
- Proven experience in Product Management and launching new products
- Collaboration skills with Sales teams to ensure product alignment with market demands
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Knowledge of kosher food industry standards and compliance is a plus
- Comfort working on-site in a rural setting
Minimum Requirements:
· BS/BA in food science, food technology, chemistry, or related field
· Minimum 7 years of proven experience in developing and commercializing meat products;
kosher meat experience a plus
· Expertise in experimental design, process development, troubleshooting and technical data analysis
· Knowledge of food safety and regulations and quality assurance practices
