What Our Ideal Candidate Brings:
- Minnesota Property & Casualty License
- 5 years Commercial Lines account management
- Clean background check and valid driver's license
- In-depth knowledge of industry operations, account management, and rating procedures
- Strong customer focus, professional assertiveness, and excellent relationship-building skills
- Exceptional time management, organization, and technological proficiency, including experience with agency management systems
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Servicing an existing book of commercial insurance clients to ensure optimal satisfaction
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients through timely quotations, sales and account support
- Monitoring key metrics to meet service & sales targets
- Identifying and developing opportunities for commercial insurance account growth
- Collaborating with team members, offering guidance, and actively contributing in meetings
- Continuously improving daily processes through team collaboration
- Reviewing insured contracts, providing coverage recommendations, and supporting clients through renewals and retention processes
- Handling claims processing and assessing claim activity with clients
- Various commercial-related activities as required
