Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
-Monitor gym access and ensure all members follow safety protocols
-Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Cleaning and maintaining the gym's cleanliness throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
-Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus.

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
