What You’ll Do:
- · Assist Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle buying process
- · Build strong relationships based on trust, respect, and excellent service
- · Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
- · Follow up with leads, referrals, and past customers
- · Work as part of a supportive, high-energy sales team
- · Engage with Spanish-speaking customers to understand their needs and preferences
- · Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options
- · Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calls, referrals, and networking
- · Negotiate deals to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success
- · Upsell products, services, and accessories to enhance the customer experience
- · Track leads and follow-ups using CRM tools
- · Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process

- · Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

- · Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
- · Valid driver’s license
