We are seeking a driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to work directly with clients, develop relationships, and close new business using proven systems and training. This commission-based role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who is coachable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with prospective clients in the field to present benefits for employees
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track activity, and follow up consistently
- Build strong relationships and trust with customers
- Learn and apply proven sales strategies through ongoing coaching and training
- Work independently while being supported by a collaborative team
