We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and providing excellent service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general commercial building maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues.
- Perform HVAC maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs.
- Complete plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, and general maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic electrical repairs and installations as qualified.
- Complete drywall, painting, flooring, and other facility improvement projects.
- Perform preventative maintenance to help maintain building systems.
- Assist with renovations, repairs, and client improvement projects.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with management and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in building maintenance, HVAC, construction, or skilled trades.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
