- Inherit an established surgical volume from day one
- Collaborate with top-tier optometrists and ophthalmologists in a patient-centered, MD/OD-integrated model
- Focus on advanced cataract and comprehensive care in a high-demand, referral-based setting
- Contribute to ongoing innovation and exceptional outcomes in ophthalmology
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Total earning potential: $300,000 – $1,000,000 (DOE)
