Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role includes managing reception desk, providing administrative support, and assisting with office coordination. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing conference room bookings, handling mail and packages, and supporting virtual office clients. The selected candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring the office environment is professional and efficient.
