Field Marketing - Canvasser

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our offerings.
• Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions at events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Communicate product benefits clearly to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
• Supervise promotional activities and coordinate with team members to maximize outreach efforts.
• Participate in fundraising initiatives and electioneering efforts as needed to support organizational goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize bilingual skills to reach a broader audience and enhance customer engagement in diverse communities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in field marketing or related areas.
• Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Experience in supervising teams or coordinating marketing efforts is a plus.
• Familiarity with fundraising techniques and electioneering processes is advantageous.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to cater to diverse customer bases.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing environments.
