About The Position
The Full-Time Building Maintenance & Groundskeeper plays a key role in keeping our buildings and outdoor spaces safe, clean, and looking their best. This hands-on position supports the upkeep of our Home Office and nearby properties through a variety of maintenance and grounds keeping tasks.
In this role, you’ll help maintain outdoor areas by mowing grass, pruning trees, removing weeds, and clearing leaves to create a welcoming environment. You’ll also assist with the upkeep of power equipment, tools, and company vehicles to ensure everything is in good working order. During the winter months, you’ll help with snow and ice removal to keep walkways and access points safe for employees and visitors.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Our Ideal Candidate Has
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- At least 1 year of grounds keeping experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and outdoor upkeep
- Comfortable performing hands-on work in various weather conditions
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs. as needed
- Forklift experience preferred
