Receptionist - Austell, GA

Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring a Receptionist. Our company offers excellent benefits, competitive wages and the potential for growth opportunities.   

Pay - $18.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

· Performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files or providing information to callers and visitors.  

· Answers incoming telephone calls; determines purpose of call and forwards to appropriate personnel, department, or voice mail.  

· Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.  

· Receives package deliveries, notifying recipient of package arrival.  

· Scans invoices and examines for legibility.  

· Assists in ordering office supplies.  

· Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.  

· Processes will call orders from Sales Representatives as needed.  

· Inputs employee purchases.  

· Processes Good Faith orders, House Account orders, and assists Sales with other customer orders when necessary.  

· Complete Allcopy readings and inventory.  

· Assists with Mobile Deposit when necessary.  

· Other duties as assigned by Office Manager.  

Education and/or Experience  

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills   

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, Microsoft Word Processing software, SAP, and Diver.
