What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned condominium communities
- Manage maintenance needs, including vendor coordination, contract tracking, and collecting bids/proposals
- Attend evening board meetings as needed
- Maintain excellent communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure properties are operating smoothly, efficiently, and within budget
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel between properties
Qualifications:
- Previous property management experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- 1 year in customer service or related field (preferred)
