What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2 years of estimating experience in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimating principles
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools; PlanSwift and NewStar a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Monitor market trends, material costs, and labor rates to adjust estimates and forecasts accordingly.
