Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for education and helping others grow? Join Fayetteville Center, part of Empire Care Centers, as our RN Staff Development Coordinator! In this key role, you’ll lead staff training and development efforts, helping ensure our team delivers the highest quality care to our residents.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an LPN with at least 1 year of experience who’s ready to step into a leadership role and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and lead orientation programs for new staff
• Coordinate ongoing training and in-services to maintain regulatory and clinical compliance
• Track and document staff competencies and certifications
• Support ongoing professional development and a culture of learning
• Collaborate with facility leadership to prepare for surveys and enhance quality outcomes
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Georgia RN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for mentoring and professional growth
