Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations, in alignment with facility policies and clinical standards
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition while maintaining accurate medical records
- Partner with team members to ensure comprehensive, holistic care
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health management and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff development
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Nursing degree preferred
