What You’ll Do
- Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents in achieving mobility and rehabilitation goals
- Follow and implement individualized care plans with accuracy and empathy
- Foster a positive, motivating environment for residents and families
- Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centered care
- Active PTA license in the state of Georgia
- Certificate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Passion for patient-centered care and helping others
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
