Some of the Responsibilities of the Cook include:
- Preparation of a wide variety of menu items according to prescribed recipes
- Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Consistently maintains standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavor of foods
- Works closely with all residents, staff members, and vendors
- 1 year of institutional-style cooking experience required
- Serv Safe Certified Preferred, or willing to get trained within 90 days
