What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy services with care, consistency, and professionalism
- Adjust interventions based on resident progress and clinical feedback
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy-related services
- Active Physical Therapist license in Georgia
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for helping others and working collaboratively
- Availability for full-time or part-time schedules
