**Responsibilities:**

• Create and maintain staff schedules with precision
• Track attendance, monitor lateness, and absences
• Provide insightful reports to management regarding productive and non-productive hours
• Post monthly staff schedules and facilitate changes
• Coordinate and approve trades, ensuring seamless operations
• Maintain accurate records of call-offs, tardiness, and early arrivals
• Collaborate with HR to ensure prompt and fair administration of attendance policies
• Provide timely reports to DON, Facility Administrator, and management on staffing-related issues
  
  
  

**Requirements:**

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience as a scheduler preferred
