Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Medical Records Coordinator:
- Maintain accurate order of charts
- Maintain HIPPA requirements regarding records
- Prepare closed records, filing current records, Maintain thin charts
- Accurately enters and maintains data relative to supplies using company software programs.
- Coordinate resident transportation needs
Qualifications: Training is offered for this role to an eager candidate
- Possess working knowledge of medical terminology
- Must be accurate and detailed oriented
- Interact in a professional yet warm manner with customers, families, visitors, and center personnel.
- CNA experience is appreciated not required
