Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and support the maintenance staff to ensure timely, reliable work
- Perform daily facility inspections and respond to needs promptly
- Oversee mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, water heaters, and kitchen equipment
- Complete or supervise repairs in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, painting, drywall, roofing, and more
- Maintain organized storage and mechanical rooms
- Ensure proper care and safe use of tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Manage maintenance budgets effectively
