Responsibilities:
As the Wound Care Nurse (LPN/RN), you'll:
- Assess, stage, treat, and monitor all wounds
- Develop individualized wound care plans, ensuring timely treatments, proper dressing changes, and early identification of infection or decline.
- Maintain accurate wound documentation to support care planning and regulatory compliance
- 7:00 am - 3:30 pm every other Saturday and Sunday
- Additional shifts offered during the week.
