- 5:30am-2pm
- Prepare a variety of delicious menu items following prescribed recipes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure quality, cost, presentation, and flavor standards are met
- Collaborate with residents, staff, and vendors
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- 2 years of LTC institutional-style cooking experience preferred
- ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
