What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Activity Director in planning and running fun, engaging programs.
- Implement scheduled activities and provide one-on-one visits for bed-bound residents.
- Help residents with crafts and creative projects.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
- Support residents’ social, emotional, and spiritual well-being through meaningful interactions.
- A warm, caring personality and a team-player attitude.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for working with seniors.
- Experience in activities or elder care is a plus, but not required.
